Urban Rush Order Terms
 
Rush Orders

Please contact us, if you require your stationery sooner than the usual delivery time allowed, or if you have been let down by a previous supplier. We will endeavour to meet your requirements in a shorter time period.


All urgent orders will unfortunately incur an additional £50 charge to the order of 70 or less above 70 - 99 £75.00 and 100 + £100 and will require full payment with order.
Please allow for 4 - 6 weeks from order to delivery date.


Payment Rush Orders
All rush orders and orders under 100 Invitations will require a full payment at time of confirming booking.


We kindly request when working on a rush order  that the client  provides information as requested to us on a timely basis in order for us to be able to meet your
Required delivery schedule. A timetable will be agreed with you on ordering.  Whilst we will endeavour to meet your requirements we do ask that the client acknowledges the time sale here is generally 4-6 weeks
And where possible we will complete in a shorter time period, but we are not to be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

Please note -
Orders will not be accepted until we have received a Full balance of order cost of the total order amount showing as cleared funds.

Proofs

Whilst every care is taken in producing your proofs, it is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all details and wordings are correct. Once you are satisfied with your proofs, please sign, date and return. Any amendments made after proofs received by 'Urbancouturepaperweddingstuff ' will incur additional costs to the client. Amendments charges are set at £15 for each new proof.


Personalising Invitations & RSVP's
Printing set up fee - where we do not charge for any printing as separate
Costs we do however include a one off printing set up fee of £50 for orders up to 99 Invitations and £100 for 100 + Invitations for adding each individual guest names/names to Invitations and RSVP cards. And outer postal and RSVP reply envelopes.


Please also be advised that all text, guest list names & addresses must be supplied in
A spreadsheet format and not typed into body of an email - All text is lifted and pasted for printing and we do not manually input any information due to typo errors
Spell checks are run on each printing layout but it is the client’s responsibility to check for any errors or misspelling's of names etc.
