Payment
To place an order within normal time scales this requires a 50% deposit
Or 50% deposit cost of materials whichever is greater with the full outstanding
Balance less deposit paid to be paid 6 weeks prior to stationery being shipped.
Rush Orders
All rush orders and orders under 100 Invitations will require a full payment at time of confirming booking.
We kindly request when working on a rush order that the client provides information as requested to us on a timely basis. A timetable will be agreed with you on ordering. Whilst we will endeavour to meet your requirements
We do ask that the client acknowledges the time sale here is generally 4-6 weeks
And where possible we will complete in a shorter time period, but we are not to be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
Please note - Orders will not be accepted until we have received a 50% deposit of the total order amount and stationery cannot be shipped until final balance is showed as cleared funds.
Proofs
Whilst every care is taken in producing your proofs, it is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all details and wordings are correct. Once you are satisfied with your proofs, please sign, date and return. Any amendments made after proofs received by 'Urbancouturepaperweddingstuff ' will incur additional costs to the client. Amendments charges are set at £15 for each new proof.
Amendments -
If printing is not already in progress for the order, we will endeavour to rectify amendments without further costs to the client.
Minimum Order -
There is no minimum order required. We are willing to complete orders from 10 to 100 +, if order exceeds 100 + then I will require additional time to complete order. It is advisable for the client to order extra stationery to cover themselves, especially for the Evening Invitations. Please note that a Full payment required at time of booking for orders fewer than 100 Invitations.
Personalising Invitations & RSVP's
Printing set up fee - where we do not charge for any printing as separate
Costs we do however include a one off printing set up fee of £50 for orders up to 99 Invitations and £100 for 100 + Invitations for adding each individual guest names/names to Invitations and RSVP cards. And outer postal and RSVP reply envelopes.
Please also be advised that all text, guest list names & addresses must be supplied in
A spreadsheet format and not typed into body of an email - All text is lifted and pasted for printing and we do not manually input any information due to typo errors
Spell checks are run on each printing layout but it is the client’s responsibility to check for any errors or misspelling's of names etc.
Stock, Material & Finishes -
All orders are subject to availability, ' Urbancouturepaperweddingstuff ' will endeavour to supply client as agreed but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control. Such as Discontinued or out of stock materials-or colours, or out of stock materials, but will do its utmost to find suitable alternatives to offer the client.
All designs are covered by ' copyright '. The client should understand and accept, as with the individuality of handmade cards, that slight variations in designs may occur.
The client understands that the size of cards and designs depicted on ' Urbancouturepaperweddingstuff ' website may differ from the actual size of stationery. Definition of true size is given in mm on the 'stationary options '. Colours may vary depending on your monitor display card used. Every effort is made to ensure 'lifelike ' likenesses are captured for each design. Any samples received will and do represent the true likeness and colour to your chosen design.
Cancellations -
If client cancels order or terminates project and chooses not to complete, any materials ordered or stationery produced and completed that exceeds the 50 % deposit, will be payable by the client. Refunds will be given at the discretion of 'Urbancouturepaperweddingstuff ‘or should 'Urbancouturepaperweddingstuff ‘fail to meet contract with the client as specified and agreed with proofs.
Privacy -
All clients and guest details are kept confidential and will not be divulged to any 3rd party

Urgent Orders -
Please contact me, if you require your stationery sooner than the usual delivery time allowed, or if you have been let down by a previous supplier. I will endeavour to meet your requirements in a shorter time period. All urgent orders will unfortunately incur an additional £50 charge to the order of 70 or less above 70 - 99 £75.00 and 100 + £100 and will require full payment with order. Please allow at least for 4- 6 weeks from order and payment to delivery date
Delivery & Shipping

All orders are checked & double-checked prior to despatch.
Please allow 6 - 8 weeks from date of confirmed order (this will be once you have approved your proofs). Delivery will be made via Royal Mail 'Signed For ' or Courier
at cost. Dependant on size and weight of parcel/s. Delivery will require a signature on delivery. Delivery costs will be charged at cost dependant on size and weight of parcel please be aware this is only an approx cost; this is dependant on the size and weight of your parcel/sl. Most UK destinations is approx £21.90 - £34.99 depending on weight via Royal Mail (courier service - need to contact me to obtain a quote).
Urbancouturepaperweddingstuff cannot be held liable for missing or not collected or not signed for parcels. Whilst every care has been taken ensuring your order is securely packaged Urbancouturepaperweddingstuff cannot be held liable for any loss or damage in transit.
Rep of Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands is approx £45 £50.
Europe
Approx from £26 for a 3-5 working day delivery
Approx from £57 for a next working day delivery
