The samples have landed!! They are absolutely beautiful! but then I knew they would be. I will sit down and look at them with Jon as soon as we can

It's beautiful!!....We are really pleased. Everything will look so co-ordinated and just right for the occasion and venue. Thank you so much...you have amazed us again! We will take pictures of the reception before people arrive so you can see what it all looks like.
Thanks for your thoughts on where the tables should go...that will make a huge difference, and for suggesting ideas on how to encorporate fabrics to make it all co-ordinate...it has really worked well.

Everything was so beautifully wrapped up that I didn't want to open it lol but on the other hand I was so excited I had to tear it open haha. Loved the lollipops, what a fab finishing touch!

Sorry we haven't been in contact sooner but this last week has been a bit of a whirlwind.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you for our invites. They really are a work of art! We've already had a number of guests contact us and comment on how beautiful they are so a massive thanks to you both for all your hard work. They're certainly the best invites we've ever seen and bearing in mind we've been to 10+ weddings in the last 18 months that's quite a few invites!

I wouldn't be at all surprised if you get a few referrals - we have a few weddings coming up over the next year and we'll have no problem recommending you.

The table plan etc has just been delivered. You have surpassed yourself! It looks incredible, I actually burst into tears when I opened it (happy tears that is!).

OMG you would not believe the responses we've had from the invites - I've lost count of the number of times I've heard 'these are the best wedding invites I've ever seen'!! Ha ha, everyone loves them and now thinks our wedding is going to be some show. If the invites are this flash, the wedding must be too. :)

Sorry for not replying earlier but we missed the post officde yesterday as my training course run late. I picked the envelope up this morning and WOW WOW WOW I LOVE IT!!! It's so perfect, even my mum cried when she saw them.

Yes the invites were gorgeous... Even better than the picture! Really good quality... The whole family fell in love with them! I'm soo pleased with them!

I would like to say that the service was absolutely fabulous! Not like the typical companies that have their 9-5 office hours! I was able to get hold of you guys at any hour even 1o'clock in the morning! Lol... Also the service was great, responded promptly every time! I felt that we got to know each other a little... You'll have to stay in touch... I'll let you know how the weddings go!

Sorry for the late reply, I was very busy last night and 2day etc.. (Not as busy as your crazy schedule though).

Just wanted to give you all the feedback on the invites, because quite frankly, everyone has loved them so much they think were like posh and becks lol..

Mala: Oh my god they are so amazing, absolutely beautiful, the best thing I have ever seen.

Nick: You are such a pimp, like an a list celebrity, there awesome, nothing less expected from you. I could just eat the flower on the box.

Sam: Best I have ever seen and received

Hitower: Well done to you, respect. They the sickest thing I ever seen (sick = amazing in ghetto lol)

My mum: Wow absolutely gorgeous. Never seen anything like it in my life. Chocs are gorgeous. Well worth it

(This was a shocker as my mum doesn't appreciate stuff like this and couldnt believe how much I was paying lol)

The others were all sent out yesterday so no doubt will be getting calls later...

I work in a bank as a financial adviser, and customer service and the wow factor is the 1 thing the bank strive to get right...
Your service throughout all this process has been the best I have ever received.

I deal with Amex concierge regularly and also SJP Private Banking, and your service is on par with both of those, and I have to pay for that service.

I honestly can't say how happy and chuffed we both are to have such amazing invites, and now we have every1 so excited for our wedding day!!

Somehow we will be using you again :-)
